Customer Service (CS-SMG) (Jawa Tengah - Semarang)
Responsibilities:

* Receive Notification import shipment from Customer Service
* Follow up to get PIB draft approval and send information to Customer Service once get confirmation
* Provide SK, any special document requirement
* Provide supporting document and update for Formality process
* Update shipment process to customer and monitoring delivery cargo from sea/air port to Warehouse
* Provide Daily & Monthly report to customer
* Assist to follow up submission and payment of billing invoice to customer

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Minimum Education Background S1 from any discipline
* Good in computer skill
* Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in same position from forwarding company
* Having knowledge about Export/Import as well as Customer Clearance process is a must
* Good problem solving & communication skill
* Placement will be in Semarang
