EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Plan, direct and monitor maintenance activities in all project sites to ensure company s plant and equipments are available and in optimum condition for supporting company s field operation efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation.
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
3. Min. 10 years experiences in maintenance / heavy equipment.
4. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization.

6. Must be team oriented, self motivated and possess the ability to priorities work.
7. Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
8. May be required to travel to mining projects and overseas from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1) Direct, maintain, improve and monitor a predictive scheduled and planned maintenance culture within company in conjunction with maintenance planning superintendent and instigate appropriate response to trend variances in order to meet the best possible equipment availability target.
2) Monitor and control BMP compliance throughout the maintenance function in order to implement the uniformity maintenance practices and consistency approach to all site.
3) Develop and implement a rebuild and capital schedule to instigate a rebuild program that is coordinated with both vendors and projects to ensure they are performed and auctioned in a timely manner with minimum disruption to production.
4) Coordinate and provide resources to sites for completion of maintenance events that over tax resources.
5) Ensure workshops are tooled with the necessary skills and resources in order to effectively implement work.
6) Ensure plant deployed onto project is delivered in the most reliable possible condition and plant on the disposal line is in a condition that optimizes recovery of residual value at sale in order to deliver the best return of investment.
7) Monitor and control maintenance capital expenditure and compliance to maintain budget efficiency.
8) Review and upgrade PM work and schedules with assistance of Control and Planning Superintendent as a consequence of FMEA in order to minimize the durations of repair (MTTR) and mean time between failures (MTBF).
9) Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

3) Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization s products and services.

HSE SUPERINTENDENT
Coordinate, control and monitor the implementation of safety procedures and regulations in daily project activities in order to achieve compliance with Petrosea health, safety and environment policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
• Min. 8 years experience in HSE.
• Willing to be placed in all company s project.
• Min. Bachelor degree in any major, preferably from Occupational Health and Safety.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Certified in OSHA.

Responsibilities:

1) Identify hazards and risks during the planning, operation and completion phase of work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
2) Develop and monitor project HSE policies and regulations including distribution of any changes and amendments, and any new legislation in order to ensure compliance with government HSE regulations.
3) Coordinate and optimize Job Safety Analyses, HAZID, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities throughout the section, in order to enhance safety response and awareness among project personnel.
4) Perform routine scheduled Inspections and audits in the projects and monitor rehabilitation program to ensure safety initiatives are perform.
5) Coordinate and monitor Health and Safety Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures in the project to ensure all plans and procedures are conform with current project situations.
6) Ensure representation in the preparation of Safety Manuals and Employee HSE Handbooks and that these are available when required by projects.
7) Assist in the preparation and start-up of all new projects including subcontractor HSE assessment to ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
8) Lead by example and have a proactive approach to all safety and environmental related issues.

1) Monitor and coordinate the implementation of corporate branding standardization including company profile, publication and all aspect of print production to ensure corporate branding are well implemented in all company s aspects considered with cost effectiveness.
2) Coordinate, manage and maintain the overall media relations (internal and external) for company and its programmes in order to enhance company image in internal and external.
3) Initiate new tools such as the Annual Corp Comm Survey and responsible for the internal announcements within company in order to improve internal communications.
4) Coordinate and mantain company sponsorship and direct all paid advertising to ensure the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate annual advertising strategy within the agreed budget.
5) Monitor and control company s website / intranet activities to attract interests of the employees and external stakeholder in accessing the website.

1) Research and develop clear / accurate, up to date reports on the markets which company operates in order to identify all key indicators that could impact mining business line.
2) Establish and develop detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential mining investment and tender to identify business targets / opportunities.
3) Generate and distribute monthly MIS target to ensure that all MIS targets are delivered with accuracy in timely manner.
4) Review and analyze competitors market share, strategies, key people, performance and potential competitors to determine further mining strategic plan.
5) Monitor and support mining General Managers in implementing strategic business improvement initiatives to ensure that business initiative are well implemented.
