SUMATRA WAREHOUSE, TERMINAL & DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Location : Batam / Perawang Packing Plant

Scope of works:
This function acts to manage operational of packing plant, import activities, vessel operation and/or inland distribution in order to achieve Riau and Riau island sales which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the port for incoming import vessel, packing plant operation, maintenance equipment, vessel operation to several locations of terminals, and stock management by implementing proper SOP that ensuring optimum profit, less unnecessary operational cost, maximum vessels utilization, on time delivery, and excellence customer service by developing best possible-profitable distribution means, improving internal business process and external most benefit able business relationship, and developing a sustainable organization.

Requirements:

- Education : Min S1 degree in related field, preferably having master degree in management
- Experience :
- Min 2 years experience in shipping/logistic
- Technical and industrial knowledge
- Have experience in sales & distribution
- Excellence in planning and analysis
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language : Excellent of English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Managerial Skill
- Problem Solving ability
- Good communications and negotiation interpersonal skills

IMPORT, SHIPPING PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL
Location : Batam / Perawang Packing Plant

Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator for planning vessels in achieving maximum T/C vessels utilization, planning best availability stock which covers by maintain best vessel’s routes, monitoring and control overall vessel’s movement, re-bunkering arrangement, support import documentation at each of the discharge port, maintain stock model of empty bag by planning re-ordering arrangement to the bag plant, by ensuring vessel readiness, proper planning production and re-ordering stocks, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon SWOT strategy and contractual term and condition.

Requirements:

- Education : University degree (any discipline)
- Experience :
- Min one year experience in shipping/logistic
- Understand process of cement production
- Understand process of logistic distribution
- Understand process of loading cargo on port i.e. parties and equipment
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language : Excellent of English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill
- Problem Solving ability
- Time management & reporting

SOURCING SPECIALIST
Location : Jamsostek / Tuban

Scope of works:
The position is needed as to assist the strategic Sourcing Superintendent in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.

Requirements:

- Education : University degree in Economic or Engineering ( Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical ) science
- Experience :
- 2 years experience as a procurement officer at Corporate Procurement Department in PT Semen Cibinong or
- 2 years experience as a Team Member at the area of Accounting, Maintenance, Engineering or Production or
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim
- Contract drafting and management
- Computer literacy : Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
- Language : Fluent English both oral or written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
- Problem solving and analytical skill
- Understanding of various process measuring analyzers
- Willing to be relocated in those areas.

TERMINAL OPERATION MANAGEMENT
Location : Batam, Perawang, Tembilahan, & Dumai Packing Plant

Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator in each terminal for receiving cement at silo, receiving & storage of empty bags, packing, dispatch bag & bulk and / or distribution to area surrounding those terminal, which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the ports of incoming import vessel, packing plant operations, maintenance equipment and distribution strategy by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties, and optimum decision based upon contractual and condition.

- Understand process of logistic distribution

Scope of works:
To ensure the sustainability of HIL business success by grooming the potential future leaders through the structured 3 years Graduate Development Program.
