This position is responsible for providing administrative support that includes all facets of office management. Regular communication with customers, suppliers and sales team.
* File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for departments as needed.
* Diligent in journals a/c receivables and a/c payable
* Familiar with Indonesian taxes is preferable
* Answer calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
* Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
* Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
* Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
* Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
* Experience working in an office environment
* Finance/Accounting background min. 1 year
* Computer Literate (MS Office and Internet)
* Fluent in English both verbal and written
* Minimum education level: Graduate from Diploma III/College/University
