HR & GA Executive
* Perform the implementation of department plan in order to support department objective which in line with AIN’s vision and mission.
* Assist superior in conducting recruitment and selection process which in line with department internal process.
* Maintain up-to-date employee’s records including attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Handle insurance administration, and make sure that it is covered based on the company standard.
* Assist Superior in monitoring and performing the implementation AIN compensation & benefit as per AIN’s policy; eg : insurance, overtime, payroll, parking, leave etc.
* Prepare the administration of PDR and consolidate the PDR result to be submitted to Superior for further process.
* Keep abreast related to manpower regulations and law in order to assure legal compliance of company regulations.
* Maintain AIN office facility (equipment, furniture, building, etc) to support daily operation
* Minimum Bachelor degree from Management or Psychology or any discipline
* Minimum 4 years working experience in HR & Admin. Function.
