Assist Compensation and Benefit Executive in performing day to day
operational administrative all aspect of Compensation and Benefit.


- Female
- Min. Diploma Degree from reputable university
prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
- 1-2 years experience in similar functions,
preferably from multinational company
- Familiar with payroll system
- Familiar with employee tax calculation
- Strong analytical
- Result and Process Oriented
- Detail Oriented
- High initiative, proactive and able to work with
minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Computer literate
