- Manages all financial and accounting operations within the company, as well as general management responsibilities.
- Coordinate, control and comply with all regulatory requirements and company policy
- Planning, coordinating and controlling cash flow, budget preparation and budget control
- Analyze management expense and budget and report implications for overall company budget.
- Prepare finance and accounting reports as required by regulatory and company.
- Constant evaluation and monitoring of all accounts and record keeping.
- Liaise with internal and external parties inline with the duties
- Strategic planning and manages work of all staff

- University degree in accounting, economics or finance from Top Five University (local & overseas)
- At least 10 years working experiences in Financial Institution handling finance, general accounting, budget, cost accounting, accounting system development and tax related.
- At least 5 years working experiences in life insurance industry will be advantage
- Good knowledge of Indonesia Tax Regulation
- WMI (Wakil Manager Investasi) is preferable.
- Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong skill in Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word and Ms Power Point)
- Required language: English communication skills (oral & written).

Superior numeric skills, well organized, constructive management style, well developed interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and firm.
Ability to establish credibility, be decisive and a good negotiator.


- Checks all general ledger entries as well as adjusting entries.
- Checks monthly trial balances and supporting schedules.
- Prepare monthly financial statement (per total company and syariah branch)
- Ensures that tax payments are accurate and filed on time.
- Ensures that all required reports by regulator are submitted timely and accurately
- Prepares management reports as requested by local management and headquarter Updates accounting manual and policy (if any)
- Helps to monitor per department monthly budget.
- Prepares comparison of current years actual expenses against submitted budget.
- Manage, develop & evaluate subordinate as per PMS process

- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in Accounting
- Min 28 years old, Male / Female
- Having at least 5 (five) years experiences in handling accounting responsibilities with 1 (one year experience at a similar level)
- Experiences in insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of financial and statutory reporting as required by regulator
- Good knowledge in Tax
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
- Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in team
